Entitled and remediated a 14 acre site for 240 multifamily units and two commercial outparcels on US 17-92, directly across from the northernmost SunRail commuter station in the Orlando MSA. The project required challenging environmental remediation and a zoning change secured while a city development moratorium was in place. Closed April 2022.

Negotiated a complex off-market acquisition from the Catholic Diocese of Orlando, structured as a land swap with a third party seller and a tri-party simultaneous closing, securing a highly desirable Windermere location at less than half of market value.
West Orange County · Led as VP of Land, Meritage Homes
Prevailed over twelve competing buyers to secure 240 acres from The Walt Disney Corporation for $18M, then managed the intricate legal transaction and oversaw the multiphase development of more than 800 units.
