Lara Swanson
Founder and President
A 20 year veteran of the homebuilding industry, Lara has led land acquisition, entitlement, and development in all of Florida’s major markets: building two homebuilding divisions from the ground up and amassing a land pipeline of more than 8,000 lots. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Florida and was named to Builder Magazine’s 40 Under 40.
