Lara Swanson
Lara Swanson is a 20 year veteran of the Florida homebuilding industry and a civil engineer by training. She founded Swanson Land Company in 2020 after leading land acquisition, entitlement, and development for Mattamy Homes, Meritage Homes, and Pulte in every major market in the state.
Today the firm entitles and develops residential and mixed use projects throughout Florida.
